Blaze Festival returns for 2018 with a day filled with bands, street performers, DJ’s, walkabout musicians and much more. This year, the festival is its best yet, with the potential for two stages and a host of visuals, sounds and tastes of Preston and beyond!

Today our Brass Foundations team gave an extended presentation at the Music Mark Conference in Southampton.
We had a fab time letting music hubs and other education professionals know about the programme and how it is helping hubs to enrich their provision via partnership working with our Youth Development Brass Specialists, brass bands and schools.
Thousands of young people have taken part in Brass Foundations since it launched in 2021 and last academic year alone the programme worked in collaboration with 18 music hubs.
Today our COO Sarah Baumann was joined by BBE brass specialists Deirdre Waller-Box and Helen Minshall as well as our partners Ian Naylor from Sheffield Music Hub and Richard Hart from Warwickshire Music Hub.
Plus our Safeguarding team were on hand at out stand to answer questions on how we can support you with our MusEd Safe training.
