NYO Inspire is coming to Lancaster!
If you are a local musician aged 11-18 (KS3 or above) and play an instrument at Grade 3 level or above, come and join a FREE creative day of music making. You don’t need to have taken any graded exams and you also don’t need to play an orchestral instrument to take part.
Join our super friendly community to explore music, get creative and have fun playing together. With our creative team and alumni, you will take inspiration from Rodeo by Aaron Copland. You’ll be amazed at how easy it becomes to make music with new people, playing your part in creating a new piece with other teenagers.
At the end of the day, you’ll perform this new music to friends and family as part of the NYO Unite sharing performance. You’ll also be able to hear NYO musicians and NYO Inspire musicians perform the music you have been inspired by.
