Senior Band · 4pm – 4.45pm
A relaxed and welcoming ensemble for players of brass, woodwind, string and percussion instruments. Suitable for Grade 2 and up!
Little Beatz · 4.00pm – 4.30pm
An energetic, inclusive ensemble aimed at Early Years to Year 2, exploring instruments, singing and movement through the use of songs and stories.
Ukulele group · 4.30pm – 5.00pm
Open to complete beginners and to those who can already play, our exciting and fun Ukulele group is the ideal way to play your instrument with others. We even have instruments we can lend you if you don’t have your own! Led by our fantastic tutor Gemma Wiseman, this group is open to all ages from KS2 upwards.
Beginner Band · 4.45 – 5.15pm
For those who have just begun their musical journey to come along, make music and make friends! Suitable for total beginners up to grade two. Every member of the woodwind, brass, string, keyboard and percussion family is welcome.
Beat Lab · 4.45pm – 5.15pm
Beat Lab is an exciting new edition to our ensemble offer! Using the amazing technology of Ableton Moves, pupils will learn how to create, compose and work as an ensemble using music tech.
Led by our inspirational Tech pioneer David Shooter, this is an absolute must for our aspiring creatives.
*Please note, this group is strictly limited to 6 pupils per session*
Fylde Youth Choir · 5.15pm – 5.45pm
Our exciting new Youth Choir! – for all young people who love to sing. A fantastic way to build confidence and meet new young musicians.
Senior Strings · 5:30pm – 6.00pm
For those bowed string players grade three and over
Rock Band · 6.30pm – 7.00pm
Come and join a real rock band with the amazing Rob! From drums to bass and everything in between there is a place for you.
Tuition is available on woodwind, brass, guitar, strings, keyboard/piano, drums and vocal!
Joining ensembles and groups at Music Centre costs just £30 per term with our Silver Subscription, which includes membership of as many groups as you like, including our Inspire groups! Costs are kept low as they’re subsidised by our Music Education Hub grant.
