An evening of big band music from some of the Lancashire’s finest young musicians.
Lancashire Youth Jazz Orchestra, Lancaster Royal Grammar School Big Band and Lancaster Girls Grammar School Jazz Band present an exciting programme with music spanning the century, from the great American Song Book to modern big band composers including Alan Baylock and Mark Taylor.
The concert will finish with all three bands joining together in a special arrangement of the Herbie Hancock classic, Chameleon – not to be missed!
