This year’s big show is a musical journey through Lancashire’s history from prehistoric times, through the Romans, Dark Ages, Industrial Revolution to the present day. Brand new music, written by primary schools working alongside the award-winning folk group the Young ‘Uns, will be brought to life by hundreds of young singers and instrumentalists in a culmination performance on Thursday 27 June.
