This July, join us by the sea in Lytham St Anne’s as our annual Brass at the Seaside festival returns! Taking place at the pier bandstand, musicians of all ages will come together to put on a magnificent show of brass.
As well as free performances there will also be a series of fun and family friendly activities to give people the opportunity to play a musical instrument and find out more about musical opportunities in the Lancashire.
Festival Organiser Helen Minshall, Music Director of Lancashire Youth Brass Band and one of the tutors of HONK! Lancashire Youth Street Band said:
“The festival is a brilliant show of musical talent in brass music playing and it’s always wonderful seeing all the bands come together to perform in the open air, a first for some band members! We’re all already looking forward to this year’s Brass at the Seaside!”
In addition to our free events you can also see our very own Lancashire Youth Brass Band alongside St Helen’s Youth Brass Band in concert at St Thomas’ Church, St-Annes-on-Sea. Find out more HERE
