However, audiences can still look forward to two Gala Concerts at AKS Lytham: 7pm, Friday 10th July sees the Lancashire Youth Brass Band Gala Concert and at 2pm, Saturday 11th July the Lancashire Schools Brass Band, Lancashire County Concert Bands and the Lancashire Schools Jazz Orchestra. The concerts will showcase some of Lancashire's finest young musicians, the programme includes a wide variety of music, from film favourites and contemporary concert works to jazz and big band classics.A particular highlight will be the combined ensemble performances, bringing together musicians from across the county in a spectacular finale celebrating the talent, commitment and achievements of Lancashire's young performers.A spokesperson for Lancashire Music Service said:"While we are disappointed that the Brass at the Seaside bandstand performances can no longer take place, we are delighted that the Gala Concerts will be going ahead. We look forward to welcoming audiences for an afternoon of outstanding music-making and celebrating the achievements of our young musicians from across Lancashire."#WhereWillMusicTakeYou ...
